摘要
利用梅山铁矿细粒尾矿,生产烧结砖。根据尾矿矿物组成、粒度等制定工艺方案,经过4种不同焙烧窑进行烧结工业试验,测定了烧成砖性能指标,表明梅山细粒尾矿可以替代粘土生产合格建筑用砖。
For the purpose of reducing tailings emission capacity, extending life of the tailing dum, utilizing full Meishan iron ore railings with small granularity, test research on fired bricks production has been carried out. In view of mineral organization, analysis of difference hot and loss weight, the technology scheme was formulated. Results show that suitable moisture content is 15%~18%, by the research on matching material, stirring, packing out, taking shape, and drying. Firing industrial tests were made in four roasting kilns: wheel kiln, tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln and roller kiln, the properties and indexes of finished product was measured, including compression strength of hollow brick reached 6-7 MPa, compression strength of common brick reached 9.6-14.5 MPa, compression strength of perforated brick reached 12.6-16 MPa. It is proved that Meishan smallgranularity tailings can be made certified construction-use bricks, instead of clays.
