射芯机的工作时间及非工作时间的效率化是提高铸造作业的效率,提高行业生产率的重要课题。本文主要介绍了在铸造生产中通过改善射芯机净循环时间、模具更换时间、模具加热时间、清扫作业时间来缩短射芯机工作时间的具体措施。
It is the important word to increase casting productivity for how to raise the efficiency of machining time and non machining time. The following are some examples for shortening of non machining time in the core shooting machine during casting.
