摘要 利用ANSYS8.0软件对行波磁场电磁感应器所产生的电磁场分布进行了数值模拟。通过与实测结果比较,验证了利用ANSYS软件进行磁场分析计算的可靠性。并进一步计算了在行波磁场电磁感应器结构尺寸不变,将其绕制为一对极和二对极的情况下,线性电磁感应器所产生的电磁场分布,以及通电电流变化和金属上型对所产生的磁感应强度分布的影响。结果表明,在结构尺寸一定的情况下,将电磁感应器绕制成一对极和二对极所产生的磁感应强度的大小与通电电流大小呈线性关系,且在通电电流相同的情况下,在一对极下能得到更大的磁感应强度;金属上型可使合金熔体所处的磁场空间磁感应强度竖直分量By增强的同时磁感应强度的水平分量Bx略有减弱。 The distribution of electromagnetic fields of travelling magnetic generator were simulated by ANSYS 8.0 software. Through the contrast between the calculation results and the measured results, the reliability of the calculation was validated. On the condition of unchanged structure of the generator, the electromagnetic fields distribution of one-pole pairs and two-pole pairsand their relation with the currents used and material upper mold were analyzed. The magnetic induction of one-pole pairs and two-pole pairs change linearly with the currents used with the unchanged structure of the generator, while the magnetic induction of the former are larger than that of the latter at the same currents. And then the material upper mold can increase the magnitude of magnetic induction intensity By and weaken Bx to some extent.
