简要介绍了水玻璃砂常用硬化方法的种类及特点,详细讨论了消除水玻璃"老化"的措施,防止CO2吹气硬化水玻璃砂型(芯)表面粉化的方法,提高水玻璃砂型(芯)抗吸湿性的途径,水玻璃砂复合工艺的利弊,水玻璃砂工艺生产铸铁件时容易产生粘砂的原因,水玻璃砂成为无废砂排放的环保型型砂的可行性,以及水玻璃砂各种再生方法的特点。
The kinds and characteristics of common sodium silicate sand hardening process is briefly introduced. The following topics were discussed in detail: measures to eliminate the ageing of sodium silicate, methods to prevent surface chalking of mold and core hardened by blowing CO2, approach to prevent absorption moisture of mold and core, pluses and minuses of sodium silicate sand composite technique, reasons to cause sand penetration on iron casting, the feasibility of sodium silicate sand becoming green mould sand owing to no waste sand exhaust and characteristic of various kinds of regeneration technique of sodium silicate sand.
