Cultural Self-Innovation of Wushu and Wushu Development in the 21st Century

全球化进程已经成为21世纪世界文化发展中的一个美丽图景,如何能够在文化全球化的进程中使中华传统文化占有更大的版图已成为我们必须面对的思考。运用文献资料研究方法,对当代武术发展中的文化瓶颈进行了分析研究,并进一步提出武术的文化自新,从文化安全、文化创新的角度对文化自新进行了阐释,并最终得出结论:文化自新是21世纪武术发展的必然选择,是实现"各美其美,美美与共"的文化理想的最佳途径。

Globalization has become a beautiful picture in the 21st century world cultural development. How to reinforce our traditional culture amid the process of cultural globalization is a problem confronting us. By means of literature review, this article analyses and researches the cultural bottleneck in modem Wushu development and proposes the cultural self - innovation of Wushu, interpretation of which is provided from the angles of cultural security and cultural innovation. It is concluded that cultural self-innovation is compulsory for the 21st century Wushu development and the best means to realize the cultural ideal that ＂each culture and civilization has its own beauty, which should be appreciated and hopefully well recognized by each other. That means different civilizations should seek common ground while maintaining differences, to achieve harmonious coexistence＂.
