当归补血汤粗多糖对气血双虚大鼠血象的影响及组方合理性探讨

The effect of Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide on the hemogram of the rats of deficiency of both qi and blood and the investigation on the rationality of composing prescription

目的:探讨当归补血汤粗多糖的补气生血作用和组方的合理性。方法:以失血与环磷酰胺并用所致气血双虚模型大鼠为研究对象,观察药物对外周血红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板(PLT)水平的影响。结果:当归补血汤粗多糖及单味药多糖可显著提高失血与环磷酰胺并用致气血双虚模型大鼠外周血RBC、WBC、Hb及PLT的水平,以当归补血汤粗多糖的作用最好。结论:当归补血汤粗多糖可提高机体的造血功能,组方合理。

Objective： To investigate the invigorating qi and nourishing blood effect of Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide and the rationality of the composing prescription. Methods： Model rats of deficiency of both qi and blood induced by releasing blood and injecting with Cyclophosphamide were employed as the experimental objects to observe the effect of drug on the level of red blood cell （RBC）, white blood cell （WBC）, hemoglobin （Hb） and platelet （PLT） in peripheral blood of rats. Results： Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide and the simple drug polysaccharide could markedly increase the level of RBC, WBC, Hb and PLT in peripheral blood. The effect of Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide was superior to that of simple drug polysaccharide. Conclusion： Dangguibuxuetang polysaccharide can enhance the hematopoietic function, and the prescription is rational.
