HPLC法测定肠舒灵胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride in Changshuling Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立肠舒灵胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);乙腈-水(每100ml加磷酸二氢钾0.34g与十二烷基磺酸钠0.17g)(47.5∶52.5)为流动相;检测波长346nm;流速1.0ml/min。结果:盐酸小檗碱线性范围为0.0605～0.5445μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.88%,RSD=1.50%。结论:该法可用于肠舒灵胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of berberine hydroehloride in Changshuling Capsules. Methods ：The chromatographic column of Phenomenex C18 （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was selected, the mobile phase was aeetonitrile-water（KH2PO4 0.34 g and CH3（CH2）CHOSO3Na 0.17 g/100 m1）（47.5：52.5） with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 346 nm. Results ：The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.060 5-0.544 5 μg,r=-0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.88% ,RSD=1.50%. Conclusion：This HPLC method could be used for the quality control of Changshuling Capsules.
