影响药物流产效果的相关因素探讨

To explore the related factors influencing the rate of complete drug abortion

目的:探讨影响药物流产效果的相关因素。方法:对近两年来我院门诊收治的540例非病理性原因要求终止妊娠的患者进行回顾性分析,统计分析患者的孕龄、停经天数、孕次、胚囊大小等因素与药物流产效果之间的关系。结果:年龄≥35岁患者的流产成功率明显低于年龄<35岁者;停经天数≥50d者的流产成功率明显低于停经天数<50d者;孕次≥4次者的流产成功率明显低于初孕及孕次<4次者;胚囊直径≤25mm者流产成功率明显高于胚囊直径>25mm者。结论:药物流产成功率与孕龄、停经天数、孕次、胚囊直径密切相关。

Objective： To investigate the factors of successful medical abortion. Methods： The data of 540 women requesting an abortion for non-pathological reasons were retrospectively analyzed, mainly to discuss the relations between successful abortion rate and gestational age, days of menopause, the number of pregnancy, and diameter of embryo sac. Results： The abortion success rate of patients ≥ 35 years old was significantly lower than those 〈35 years old; days of menopause ≥ 50 the abortion rate was significantly lower than the 〈50; success rate of the number of pregnancy≥4 was significantly lower than early pregnancy and motherhood 〈4; diameter of embryo sac of ≤ 25 mm abortion success rate was significantly higher than that diameter of embryo sac 〉25 mm, Conclusion： The success rate of medical abortion is related to gestational age and the diameter of embryo sac.
