摘要
目的:探讨挂线术对肛裂治疗效果的影响。方法:将180例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组90例,治疗组采用该术处理。结果:治疗组经该法治疗后有3例好转,其余均痊愈,总有效率为100%。结论:该法治疗肛裂具有操作简便、安全可靠,治愈率高的优点。
Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of thread-drawing method for the treatment of anal fissure. Methods： 180 cases were divided into experimental groun （n=90） and control group （n=90） randomly, experimental group were treated with thread-drawing methods. Results： 3 cases of experimental group got some improvement, the others was cure. Total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion： Thread-drawing method is a simple, safe and effective method for the anal fissure treatment.
