胶体金免疫层析法和ELISA法在HBsAg检测中的方法学评价

Evaluation of gold immunochromatography and ELISA assay for HBsAg detection

目的:对胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)和ELISA两种方法检测HBsAg进行方法学比较。方法:用胶体金纸条和ELISA试剂同时检测HBsAg血清标本。结果:与ELISA相比,胶体金免疫层析法检测HBsAg的灵敏度为96%,特异性为100%。胶体金免疫层析法与ELISA相比特异性基本一致,但胶体金免疫层析法灵敏度稍差。结论:HBsAg胶体金纸条与ELISA试剂相比有较高的特异性,但灵敏度有待于进一步提高。

Objective：To evaluate the gold immunochromatography （GICA） strips and ELISA assay for HBsAg detection. Methods：GICA strip method, as compared with ELISA assay, was used to detect HBsAg in serum sample. Results：Compared with ELISA assay, the sensitivity of GICA for HBsAg detection was 96%, the specificity was 100%.The above results showed that the specificity between GICA and ELISA was almost coincidence,but the sensitivity of GICA was slightly lower. Conclusion：In spite of further improvement of it＇s sensitivity,GICA strips method is likely to accord with ELISA assay very well.
