连续性血液净化治疗顽固性心力衰竭的护理干预

Nursing intervention of continuous blood purification treatment in patients with refractory heart failure(RHF)

目的:观察采用连续性血液净化(CBP)技术救治顽固性心力衰竭患者的疗效和护理效果。方法:对采用CBP技术救治顽固性心力衰竭35例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结护理体会。结果:35例采用CBP透析治疗后,显效13例,有效22例,有效率达100%。治疗后,血尿素氮、血肌酐显著改善,电解质维持在平衡状态,血流动力学稳定。结论:在治疗过程中实施正确的护理是提高顽固性心力衰竭患者抢救成功率不可缺少的重要环节。

Objective： To observe the clinic results of continuous blood purification （CBP） treatment and nursing intervention in patients with refractory heart failure （RHF）. Methods： 35 cases of refractory heart failure after CBP treatment were analyzed respectively. Nursing care notes were collected. Results： After the treatment of CBP, 13 cases had markedly effective; effective was 22 cases; the efficiency was 100%. Blood urine nitrogen, blood creatinine, electrolytes and hemodynamics were remained steady after CBP treatment. Conclusion： Nursing intervention is implementation to improve the survival rate in patients with RHF.
