宫外孕腹腔镜与开腹手术的临床比较

The clinical comparision of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery

目的:比较宫外孕腹腔镜与开腹手术临床疗效。方法:宫外孕患者135例,分别应用腹腔镜手术(72例)和传统开腹手术(63例)治疗,观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后发热例数、术后镇痛、肛门排气时间、术后住院天数、术后恢复工作时间、手术并发症。结果:腹腔镜手术具有手术时间短、术中出血量少、无明显并发症、术后恢复快等优点。结论:宫外孕手术治疗可首选腹腔镜手术。

Objective： To explore the clinical eomparision of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery. Methods： The 135 cases of extrauterine pregnancy patients divided into two groups, 72 cases with laparoscopie surgery and 63 cases with open surgery. Then observed operating time, how many fever people after operations, blood loss during operations, alleviating pain after operations, the time that passage of gas by anus, the days in hospital after operations, the time recover to work, complications after operations. Results： Laparoseopic surgery had many advantages, such as short time, fewer blood loss during operations, unapparent complications, recover sooner after operations. Conclusion： Laparoseopie surgery can be the first choice in extranterine pregnancy operations.
