摘要
采用低温等离子体反应技术将部分NO预氧化成NO2,研究了放电电压、气体成分对等离子体氧化NO性能的影响。研究发现,O2和碳氢的存在能显著提高等离子体中NO的氧化效率,且NO2的生成量随加入的O2和碳氢浓度升高而增加。同时也发现,O2和碳氢对NO预氧化的促进作用存在一定的理想范围。
The non-thermal plasma technology was adopted to oxidize partial NO to NO2 in the experiment. The effects of discharge voltage and gas composition on the plasma performance were studied. It was found that the existence of O2 and hydrocarbon could obviously improve the efficiency of NO oxidation in the plasma reaction and that the production of NO2 was increased with the increase of O2 and hydrocarbon. It was also noticed that there was a certain concentration range during which O2 and hydrocarbon played a stimulated role in the NO oxidation.
