摘要 对共生于澳大利亚红螯螯虾体表的切头虫(Diceratocephalasp.)的生活史和致病性进行了研究,结果表明,25℃时,虫卵经过25~30d孵化,再经过70~85d的生长达到性成熟并产卵。成虫通常固着在红螯螯虾触角和步足的基部、腹部的腹面边缘、额剑、口器等部位,不破坏虾卵。成虫、幼虫和虫卵均不存在于螯虾的鳃和鳃腔。 This paper refered to the life history and pathogenicity of temnocephalan ( Diceratocephala sp. ). After 25 to 30 days of hatching at 25℃, the eggs hatched out into juveniles. They grew and became gravid within 70 to 85 days. Adult worms were frequently found in the crayfish at the base of antennae and walking legs, the ventral margins of abdomen, the rostrum and the mouthparts. They did not damag the eggs of the host. No adult, juvenile worms or eggs of temnocephalan were found at the gills and in the branchial chamber of the host.
