摘要
目的探讨护理专业学生(简称护生)与陌生人沟通能力的教学方法和效果,为采取有效措施提高护生的人际交往能力提供参考。方法选择某高校2005级99名护理专业大专学生,随机分为试验组与对照组。试验组在原有教学课程基础上增加与陌生人沟通训练项目,对照组仅采用传统教学方法。经过4个学期学习后,对2组护生分别采用沟通能力测量表进行测试。结果教学后,试验组沟通能力(96.44分)与对照组(93.73分)比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.116,P=0.037)。结论实施与陌生人沟通训练项目对护生人际沟通能力的形成与发展有显著作用。
Objective To explore the mode and effectiveness of cultivating nursing students' capacity of communication with strangers, and to provide reference for the measures of protecting nursing students' communication capability. Methods A total of 99 junior college students majoring nursing were divided into experiment group and control group. The students in experimental group received the training program of communication with stranger besides adopting traditional teaching methods and the students in the control group only received education with traditional teaching methods. All of them were investigated with Capability of Communication Scale after four semesters. Results The average score of the scale was 96.44 in experimental group and 93.73 in the control group, with statistical significant difference (t = 2.116, P = 0. 037). Conclusion Trainig program of communication with stranger has positive influence on cultivation and development of nursing students' interpersonal communication capability.
