摘要
投资者关系管理的最终目的是确立企业和投资者之间的双向交流,使双方成为一体,共同建立一个可供交流的空间。而费用低廉的Internet的登场则为企业和投资者双方开辟了一条让双方都可以直接参与到那个交流空间里去的渠道,Internet逐步成为投资者关系管理领域重要的"信使"。对上市公司和投资者而言,Internet是最有效、最经济的信息交流媒介。文章考察基于Internet的投资者关系管理的应用效果,结果表明,基于Internet的投资者关系管理有助于降低企业资本成本。
Investor relations management aims to establish a bidirectional communication between enterprises and investors through a common communication space. The cheap internet inaugurates a channel for both enterprises and investors to directly participate in the common communication space. Internet gradually becomes an important messenger in the field of investor relations management. As concerning both the listed companies and investors, internet is the most effective and economical communication media. This paper mainly investigates Internet-based investor relations management. This paper evaluates the application effect of internet - based investor relations man- agement. The evidence shows that internet - based investor relations management makes for reducing the cost of capital.
