摘要
为烤烟上部叶扩展和植物生长物质在生产上推广应用提供科学依据,以云烟87为材料,采用随机区组试验研究烟株打顶后外源制剂对烤烟叶片生长、顶叶生理指标、生物量和化学成分的影响。结果表明:外源制剂有效增加顶叶的生长速率、顶部及全株叶面积,喷施制剂后IAA含量变化很大,后期叶绿素含量和SOD活性较低,MDA含量升高,化学品质改善,烟叶可用性提高。
The experiment with random blocks was conducted to study the regulating effects of different exogenous agents on the growth, development, yield and quality of flue - cured tobacco. The results showed that the growth rate of upper leaves, the area of upper leaves and whole plant leaf were promoted, the IAA content changed drastically after spaying preparations. The chlorophyll content and SOD activity decreased, MDA content increased, the quality of chemical components and tobacco leaf usability was improved at the late stage.
