摘要
通过测定枸杞花蕾中保护酶活性和膜质过氧化产物,比较花粉母细胞减数分裂前至花粉母细胞成熟期雄性不育与膜脂过氧化的关系。结果表明,与可育株相比,枸杞不育株花蕾中的O2-.产生效率、H2O2和丙二醛(MDA)含量较高;而超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均较低。不育株的败育特征不仅表现在生殖器官的花蕾中,在营养器官的叶片中亦有所表现。
The protective enzyme activity and membrane lipid peroxidation products of Lycium bararum buds were determined,in order to compare the relationship between male sterility and membrane lipid peroxidation from mierospore mother cell meiosis to pollen mother cell maturity. The result showed that O2^ - producing effficiency,contents of H2O2 and MDA of Lycium bararum with male sterility were higher, meanwhile the activity of SOD, CAT, POD was lower , compared to that with male fertility. This phenomenon of male sterility not only showed in buds,but also in leaves ie vegetative organs.
