摘要
文章简要分析了企业人本管理的概念及其优点,讨论了传统人事管理与现代人力资源管理的差异,阐述了实现企业人本管理所需的各种管理机制、用人机制和激励机制,探讨了以"人本管理"为中心的企业文化的建立。
In this paper, the idea and advantage of humanistic management of human resource in enterprise are briefly dicussed, and the differences between traditional personnel management and current management of human resource are analysed. Also, the needed mechanisms on management, arrangement of human and actuating personnel are illustrated, and the approaches to establish humanistic management culture in enterprise are observed.
