摘要
目的通过研究染色体多态性进一步了解其对不孕不育及自然流产的影响。方法对1409例门诊病人进行染色体核型分析。结果45例染色体多态性中9号臂间倒位21例,占46.7%;15ps+5例,占11.1%;小Y8例;大Y7例,16号染色体和1号染色体次缢痕增加各2例。结论染色体多态性可能与不孕不育及自然流产具有相关性,临床医生在遗传咨询中应重视。
Objective： To study the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and clinical effect of reproductive abnormalities. Methods： Chromosomal preparations made from peripheral blood lymphocytes by conventional, G banding techniques in 1409 patients. Results： Total 45 cases of chromosome polymorphism were checked out; 21 cases of pericentric inversion of chromosome 9 （46. 7% ）, 5 cases of satellite increases in chromosome 15 （ 11.1% ）, 8 cases of small Y chromosome, 7 cases of big Y chromosome, 4 cases of secondary constriction increases. Conclusion ： These results indicated that clinical effect such as sterility, abortion, stillbirth and congenital malformation are related to chromosome polymorphism.
