综述乳酸菌表达系统在生化药物研发中的应用,包括用于活菌疫苗、活性酶、细胞因子以及各种蛋白和多肽类等药品的研制。乳酸菌作为安全的食品级微生物,用作活性蛋白表达和给药载体,特别是用于抗原的黏膜给药,显现出独特的优势和应用价值。
The application of lactic acid bacteria biochemical pharmaceuticals, including live bacteria polypeptides, was reviewed. Lactic acid bacteria, ＂ expression system in research and development of vaccines, active enzymes, cytokines, proteins and generaU prominent advantage and practical value while being used y regarded as safe and food-grade＂, display a as the expression and delivery system of active proteins, especially for mucosal delivery of antigen.
