An Exploration of Vocal Music Consultation in Adolescents' Period of Changing Their Voice

少年变声期被传统观念视为声乐练习的禁区。在这一认识主导下,导致一些少年失去在变声期继续学习声乐的机会而苦恼,也使一些在变声期继续冒险练习声乐的少年吃尽了苦头。我们在声乐教学实践中发现,少年变声期禁止声乐练习其实是个误区,只要对变声期有正确认识,有科学的训练方法,少年变声期仍然可以成为声乐练习的一个重要发展阶段。

Voice-changing period of adolescents has been thought to be the forbidden time of vocal music training in traditional idea. This idea not only makes several adolescents be distressed about losing opportunities of carrying on vocal music training at that period, but also makes some adolescents be suffered form injuries due to run risks to continue training, however, after long-term vocal music teaching , the author holds the idea that, to stop training in voice-changing period is misunderstanding , through scientific training methods, that period can still be an vital period for vocal music training
