摘要
本文从时效硬化结果出发,分析与讨论了两种Zn含量的Al-Li-Zn-Zr合金时效过程中峰值时效前的δ′相的沉淀动力学。结果表明,合金的硬度与时效温度及时间密切相关,Zn/Li比值的增加,促进了δ′相的沉淀析出,从而加速了合金的时效硬化。
The precipitation kinetics of δ' in two Al—Li—Zn—Zr alloys with various zinc contents have been analysed and discussed in the present paper. The results indicate that the age hardness of the alloys depends on both aging time and temperature strongly. The precipitation of δ' phase will be promoted with the increasing of Zn/Li ratio in the alloys, this wilt result in the increasing of the age hardening rate.
