摘要
基于TMS320F2812控制器开发了无速度传感器感应电动机直接转矩控制系统的实验平台,并完成了相关的软硬件设计,进行了理论联系实际的研究,并与传统的直接转矩控制系统进行了比较,全面验证了改进控制方案与基于高频信号注入法的速度估计方法的可行性。新型方案有效地改善了传统直接转矩控制中固有的转矩、磁链及电流脉动,同时,对外界扰动具有很强的鲁棒性,低速运行时具有很强的带载能力,使得改进控制方案比传统直接转矩控制方案更有优势。
In this paper, a novel non-speed sensor direct torque control system of induction motor based on TMS320F2812 controller experiment device was introduced. The software and hardware design were completed, theory contact actual study was introduced, and compared with tradition control system. The feasibility of novel control method and speed estimate method based on HFIM were validated roundly. The novel method availably improved inherent torque, flux and current pulse in tradition direct torque control, and it had strong robust for outside disturbance, the novel control method comparison tradition control method had advantage.
