摘要 根据永磁同步电动机交流调速控制等效原理和经典控制理论推导出PI参数与电动机转动惯量的数学关系;根据电动机的运动方程和模型参考自适应理论,建立了永磁同步电动机转动惯量辨识模型,实现了PI参数在线自整定。基于TMS2407A的全数字交流调速实验结果证明,离散模型参考自适应理论可实现转动惯量的在线辨识。PI自整定可有效地消除调速系统的超调,减少响应时间,极大地提高了系统的动态性能。 Relation between PI parameters and inertia was developed on the basic of permanent magnet motor AC speed regulating equivalent principle and classical control theory. Inertia identification model was developed on the basic of mechanical equation and discrete model reference adaptive control theory of motor. PI parameter on-line self-adjusting was realized. Full-digital AC speed control results based on TMS2407A proved discrete model reference adaptive control could realize inertia on-line detection, PI self-adjusting could eliminate speed overshooting, decrease response time, which improved dynamic per- formance of the system greatly.
