摘要
详述了半闭环伺服驱动产生位置误差的原因。为了保证伺服电动机高响应性和精确定位,设计了一种混合结构的闭环位置随动系统,并对系统的稳定性和随动性作了分析和验证。
As for the application of servo motor in position driving, this paper presented the fact that half-closed-loop servo driving easily leads to position error. For the purpose of high response and precise positioning of servo motor, closed-loop position following-up system with mixed structure had been designed. Also stability and following-up of servo system had been analyzed and proved in detailed.
