摘要
对茂名石化乙烯厂的乙烯气C4201一次机的流量改造方案进行了探讨。通过考虑各种流量调节方法的特点和C4201一次机的实际工作要求,分析比较了可用于C4201机流量调节的各种方案。针对初步优选的减小气缸内径的改造方案,阐述了在改造中需要考虑的工程问题,以及改造成本和经济效益方面的简单评价。采用的工程设计和研究方法,对压缩机流量调节方案的抉择和一般工程设计方案评价有参考意义。
This paper discusses the flow rate modification scheme for CA201 primary compressor of SINOPEC Maoming Company Ethylene Plant. In consideration of the characteristics of various flow regulation methods and the actual operating requirements, various schemes to regulate CA201 primary compressor flow rate are analyzed and compared. And special attention was paid to reduce the cylinder inner diameter after preliminary optimal selection, some engineering problems need to be considered in retrofit work and simple evaluation on the costs and benefits are discussed. The design and research method in this paper has some reference significance to the choice of different compressor flow rate regulation schemes and the evaluation of general engineering design scheme.
