眼前段联合手术治疗睫状环阻滞性青光眼

Phacoemusification posterior capasularhoxis and anterior vitrectomy treat maligant glaucoma

目的探讨应用晶状体超声乳化手术联合前段玻璃体切除手术治疗睫状环阻滞性青光眼的效果。方法对8例(8眼)睫状环阻滞性青光眼在保守治疗无效的情况下,进行晶状体超声乳化手术摘出晶状体,同时联合后囊撕除及前段玻璃体切除手术,术后予以对症治疗。结果8例手术后,眼压得到控制,视力稳定,随诊6个月以上,眼压持续稳定,视力无明显降低。结论睫状环阻滞性青光眼一旦诊断明确,在保守治疗无效的情况下,及早采取手术治疗是非常必要和极为关键的。手术的主要作用为建立前后房的有效沟通。

Objective To explore the effect of malignant glaucoma performed by phacoemusification, posterior capsularhoxis and anterior vitreetomy. Methods 8 eyes of 8 patients who were dignosesed as malignant glaucoma in Mar 2005 - Jan, 2007 were. performed with phacoemulsification and posterior capasularhorxis and anterior vitrectomy. After the surgery, medicine were applied prospectively. Results 8 eyes were performed the surgeries which we have mentioned. The IOP were controlled and VA were stable after the surgeries： No change weredisoverd in the past 6 months. Conclusion It＇ s the key for the eyes. with malignant glaucoma to performed the surgery earlier. The main mechanism was to rebulit the effective communication between anterior chmber and vitrous
