Recently, the grain production, consumption of our country are concentrating some region, the grain processing industry develops rapidly in main grain production region, and the grain importation grows drastically. The paper summarizes the main characteristics of grain production, consumption and international trade in China, and analyses its influence on grain logistics system in China.
