非婚同居关系中女性权益的保护

Female’s Welfare Protection in Living on Tally Relationship

随着人们婚恋观念的转变,越来越多的人将非婚同居作为一种生活方式。在这个新的共同体中,女性因社会文化和自身客观的生理、心理特点而处于弱势地位,但在现有的婚姻家庭法框架内,由于缺乏规范非婚同居的相关制度,当女性在非婚同居中受到人身和财产方面的伤害时,仍然无法得到法律的救济。我国的婚姻家庭法应该建立和完善相关的制度,对非婚同居中女性的权益予以保护。

With the changes of people’s viewpoints of marriage, more and more people take living on tally as a way of life. In the new community, women are at a disadvantaged position because of social culture and their own inborn biological and psychological features. However, in the current framework of marriage and family law, there are no relevant laws disciplining living on tally, so women cannot obtain legal support when being hurt physically and in property. Relevant regulations should be constituted and improved in China ’s marriage law, securing women’s welfare living on tally.
