中共十七大报告提出"要加大机构整合力度,探索实行职能有机统一的大部门体制,健全部门间协调配合机制"。通过分析我国政府部门间协调机制的现状、成因和存在问题,提出完善和健全我国政府部门间协调机制的途径和方法。

Report to the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposes that 'We will step up our efforts to streamline government organs, explore ways to establish greater departments with integrated functions, and improve the mechanism of coordination and collaboration between government departments.' This paper attempts to explore the present situations and the problems of the interdepartmental coordination mechanism of the Chinese governments, and puts forward the channels and methods to improve and optimize the interdepartmental coordination mechanism of the Chinese governments.
