摘要 水位控制广泛应用于工农业生产与民用生活.针对水位控制类变频调速控制系统的实际运行情况,本文运用模糊控制理论与最优控制方法,以系统效率最大为目标,提出了一种基于PLC的水位模糊控制器,它能够把控制系统用水要求与系统效率优化有效的结合起来,改善了这类系统的控制策略与运行方式,从而较大的提高系统的运行效率.文中同时提出采用PLC控制程序来实现该水位模糊控制器的功能,对PLC控制程序进行调试验证了该水位模糊控制器的节能效果. Base on the work of water level controlled and velocity variable frequency converted control system, A water level fuzzy controller by PLC is proved, it can make the system work in the highly effective area and satisfy the request of water for people to improve the efficiency of control system and realize the system's best control.. The results by PLC programs showed its validity.
