摘要
运用电化学循环伏安和石英晶体微天平(EQCM)方法研究了酸性介质中CdTe在Pt电极上阴极沉积和阳极溶出过程.结果表明:在含或不含Cd的TeO2溶液中,本体Te沉积的机理不同,但阳极溶出过程相类似;在实验条件下,只有当阴极电位小于-0.2 V时,方可发生CdTe电沉积,其阴极电沉积和阳极溶解都是一个3-电子过程,并提出了CdTe电沉积和阳极溶出过程的机理.本文从电极表面质量定量变化的角度提供了CdTe阴极沉积和阳极溶出过程的新数据.
The electrodeposition and anodic dissolution of CdTe on Pt Electrode in Acidic Media has been investigated by using cyclic voltammetry and EQCM. The experimental results demonstrate that the mechanism of bulk Te deposition is the different, but its process of anodic dissolution is the similarity in TeO2 solution with or without Cd^2+ ion. Under experimental condition, the deposition of CdTe takes place only when the potential is less more -0.2 V, its deposition or anodic dissolution is a 3-electron process, and the mechanism electrodeposition of CdTe can be considered. The EQCM studies provide quantitative results of surface mass changes during electrodeposition and anodic dissolution of CdTe, and have thrown new light in the elucidating electrodeposition and anodic dissolution of CdTe.
