制约我国体育志愿者事业进程的原因分析及发展对策研究

A Probe into the Restricting Factors in the Development Process of Sports Volunteers' Career and Potential Countermeasures

文章认为,经济欠发达、体育志愿者工作起步晚、机制不健全、民众的志愿服务意识较淡薄以及缺乏体育志愿服务经验等因素是制约我国体育志愿者事业发展进程的主要原因.以北京奥运会为契机,制定可持续发展的切实可行的体育志愿者发展战略、大力发展民间非营利性体育志愿者组织、努力提高民众的志愿服务意识、充分利用北京奥运会志愿者工作的经验和成果,是促进我国体育志愿者事业蓬勃发展的有效措施.

This paper argues that the main restricting factors that may affect the development process of sports volunteers＇ cause include the underdeveloped economic status, late development of sports volunteers＇ work, inadequate mechanism, peoples＇ lack of consciousness of volunteering service and volunteer＇s inexperience in sports volunteer jobs. Taking 2008 Olympic Games as a good Chance, building up sustainable and workable development strategies for sports volunteers, developing non-profitable sports volunteers＇institutions, promoting volunteer service consciousness and making good use of the experience and achievements in 2008 Olympic Games may prove to be effective measures for the sound development of the sports volunteers＇cause in China.
