摘要
本文采用问卷调查、个体访谈、统计分析等多种方法,以工作激励与成就感、企业文化、薪酬福利等八个因素作为乌鲁木齐市中小企业员工离职倾向的主要影响因素,建立了一个离职倾向─离职行为─离职影响因素─对策的分析体系。结果显示,乌鲁木齐市中小企业员工总体上来说有较低的离职倾向,年龄、职位、学历等个人特征在不同因素上具有较显著的差异。
This paper established an analysis system as separation tendencies-Separation-separation factors-Response, using the questionnaire survey, the individual interview,the statistical analysis and some other methods. It investigated work incentive and a sense of achievement, corporate culture, salaries and benefits and so on as the key variables of SMEs turn-over intention. Generally speaking, the result showed that the SME staff in Urumqi have a low turnover intention. There are some remarkable differences among the influencing factors, such as age, position, school record, the line of businesses.
