摘要
文章以合肥学院读者服务宣传月问卷调查为例,试图用定量分析的方法探求出我国中小型高校图书馆服务质量的评价模式,分析影响中小型高校图书馆服务质量的主要因素。
Taking the responses to the questionnaire about "Hefei University Readers Services on Publicity Month" for example, this paper tries to use the quantitative analysis, and probes into the evaluation mode of library service quality in small and medium-sized university libraries, and makes an analysis of main factors which influence on service quality for small and medium-sized university libraries.
