摘要
在基于磁调制原理测量直流小电流方法的文献中,并没有给出实际的测量电路。在实际应用时,简单地根据原理电路制作的传感器很难实现较高精度的测量。在对3种磁调制原理电路进行实验研究的基础上,开发了一种实用的倍频磁调制式直流小电流有源传感器,对相关的激励源电路、磁调制电路和信号处理电路的要点和关键参数进行了分析和介绍。实验表明:所研制的传感器具有较高的分辨率和测量精度,能够满足工程实际的需要。
Sometimes small DC current in the practical project need to be measured. However, the measuring instrument can not be connected in the measure loop, and only the sensor is used to measure. The literatures don't give the actual measurement circuit of the methods to measuring small DC current based on the magnetic modulation principle. In the practical application, it is hard to achieve high precision for the sensor according to the simple principle. An applicable SHG magnetic modulation active source sensor was developed based on three different kinds of magnetic modulation principle circuit. The keys and parameters of relevant excitation source circuit, magnetic modulation circuit and signal processing circuit were analyzed and introduced. Experiment results show that the developed sensor has a higher resolution and measurement accuracy and can meet the need of practical project.
