摘要
介绍一种电站用H2监控仪的软硬件设计。该监控仪以EP1C12Q240为核心,通过加载NiosII软核处理器和外围接口电路,配合高性能信号调理及转换电路,实现对H2体积分数的实时测量、液晶显示、信号输出、超限声光报警和消氢控制等功能。这种设计方案的主要优势在于智能化和集成化,设计的H2监控仪已经应用在某电站的氢冷式发电机组的H2泄漏检测中,并取得了很好的效果。基于FPGA的方式使得该方案有很好的扩展性,对该方案予以较少修改,便能实现其他智能型分析仪器。
The general hardware and software design of a hydrogen monitor used in power plant was introduced. Using EP1C12Q240 as the core device which was downloaded with NiosⅡ processor and related interface, with the aid of high quality signal circuit and data converter, the monitor implemented the functions of real-time H2 concentration measurement, LCD display, information transmission, alarm with light-sound in case of a threshold break and degassing control. The significant advantage of the proposed scheme lines in its intelligence and integration, and this hydrogen monitor has been used for H2-leakage detection in a power plant' s hydrogen-cooled generator set, and achieves good effect. The FPGA based scheme has excellent expansibility which enables the implementation of other intelligent analytical instrument, requiring little modification.
