摘要
介绍了一种以SD卡为存储介质,监测冷藏运输箱内温度并具有液晶显示、报警指示功能的全数字大容量记录仪的设计,用于冷链物流中的品保。给出了实现低功耗的系统软硬件设计,对SD卡硬件接口、底层驱动和文件系统实现进行研究,提出一种兼容FAT16的文件管理的简单方法,延长介质使用寿命。测试表明:系统功耗低,精度符合要求,数据访问效率高。
A design method of SD card-based large capacity digital recorder was introduced, which monitored the temperature in carrier box, with a LCD display and an alarm indicator for quality guarantee of logistics. The hardware and software design for low-power was presented. The interface to host, the low level driver and the file system of SD card were studied, and a simplified file management strategy, which prolonged SD card＇s use life, compatible with FAT16 was put forward. The result of test shows that the system has low power, appropriately high accuracy and high efficiency of data access.
