摘要
机械效率是微型减速器的一个重要参数。介绍了采用LabVIEW 8.0虚拟仪器图形编程语言开发的微型减速器机械效率测试系统,包括测试原理与方案。测试程序遵循面向对象的编程原则,采用由上至下的设计方法和模块化程序设计思路,实现了完整的测试功能。系统的构成不仅降低了设备成本,而且提高了测试工作的自动化水平和可靠性。
The mechanical efficiency is an important parameter of miniature creeper gear. This paper introduced a performance testing system of miniature creeper gear which used LabVIEW 8.0 virtual instrument graphic programming language as the developing tool;included integrity testing principle and testing plan. The system used the software design method of independent modular block based on LabVIEW to realize the entire function. The instrument realized the functions such as acquisition, analysis, storage and report. The system constitution not only reduced the equipment cost, but also raised the automated level and the reliability of the test work.
