摘要
在基于网络传感器的监测系统中,传感器节点的成本控制直接关系到整个系统方案的可行性。以嵌入式技术的成本优势和面向工业测控的Internet自定制技术为基础,论述了在普通8051单片机上实现针对网络传感器节点的自定制TCP/IP协议栈的具体方法,开发出了完整的利用Internet进行远程监测的低成本网络传感器节点原型,并且设计上位机远程客户端程序,进行了实际的远程数据通信测试,测试结果良好。该技术为构建基于网络传感器的大型远程监测系统提供了技术铺垫。
According to the traditional network-sensor monitoring system, the sensor-nodes' cost-control is directly related to the feasibility of the whole system' s application. So a low-cost solution for the network sensor-node design was illustrated. Embedded with a reduced TCP/IP protocol, that is specially customized for the practical application of industrial measurement and control, the sensor-node based on 8051 single-chip can communicate with the remote client on Internet. This technological achievement provides a technical groudwork for the construction of network-based remote monitoring system.
