摘要
从软、硬件2方面对基于PCI的线束检测系统进行设计。选用低成本PCI协议转换芯片CH365作为计算机数据采集接口芯片,设计PCI接口卡。数字采集部分主要由138译码器及大量多路选择开关等逻辑电路组合而成,通过对线束点信号的置位及读取,可以获得线束的连通信息传送给计算机数据库。该汽车线束检测系统可以支持最多2 048个点的检测,能管理并存储线束测试的大量数据,方便操作人员查看线束测试情况,具有自学习功能,应用前景广阔。
The method and technology of building a detecting system of automobile wire harness based on PCI was discussed. The system used CH365 as the main interface protocol chip of the PCI card. The digital sampling card was constructed by a largescale decode circuit,like 138 decoding chip and 4051 multiple analog-switch chip. Through the sampling card, the system can obtain the whole connection information and send it to the database. The system can deal with a maximum of 2 048 points and manage a large deal of data. It can also support self-learning function and is convenient to use for the operators. The market is broad.
