摘要
本文研究了高硅铝合金活塞材料的成分配方、熔炼、变质、浇注及热处理等技术工艺,研制出FYZL-03合金,并制定出相应的工艺规范。研究结果表明:该合金热膨胀系数小、高温性能好、耐磨性能优良,并与ZL108合金活塞进行了比较,性能优于ZL108合金。
This paper investigates the application of FYZL-03 high silicon Al-Si alloy to piston. Tests and experiments its on composition design, melting, modifying, pouring and heat treatment processes, are described in detail. Results show that a mew FYZL-03 alloy has been developed lower heat expansion coefficient; higher strength at elevated temperature and better wear-resistance properties as to be compared with ZL 108 alloy.
