摘要
本研究用15头生长期西农莎能奶山羊(平均日龄为134.5±5.7天。平均体重为18.7±1.05kg,随机分为5组,分别按自由采食,0.8986,0.7189和0.5391MJME/kgW0·75等4个能量采会水平进行两期饲养试验。饲养试验期初和期末分别进行两期比较屠宰试验,测定不同能量采食水平组生长奶山羊的沉积净能,以及研究影响生长期莎能奶山羊沉积能的因素。结果表明,生长期莎能奶山羊每公斤代谢体重沉积能与体重大小无关,其主要影响因素是能量和干物质采食量。另外,生长奶山羊的沉积能与日增重呈极显著正相关。

At the start and the end of feeding experiment , comparative slaughter experi- ment was carried out to determine the retentioned energy of the goats fed with different energy intake . Results shown that the retentioned energy was significantly effected by dry matter and energy intakes and it is not relative to weight of the goats.
