生长期莎能奶山羊能量代谢研究Ⅳ.应用比较屠宰试验与饲养试验结合法研究生长期莎能奶山羊的能量代谢 被引量:1

摘要 本研究用15头生长期西农莎能奶山羊(平均日龄为134.5±5.7天。平均体重为18.7±1.05kg,随机分为5组,分别按自由采食,0.8986,0.7189和0.5391MJME/kgW0·75等4个能量采会水平进行两期饲养试验。饲养试验期初和期末分别进行两期比较屠宰试验,测定不同能量采食水平组生长奶山羊的沉积净能,以及研究影响生长期莎能奶山羊沉积能的因素。结果表明,生长期莎能奶山羊每公斤代谢体重沉积能与体重大小无关,其主要影响因素是能量和干物质采食量。另外,生长奶山羊的沉积能与日增重呈极显著正相关。 growing Xinong Sannen dairy goats(mean day age was 134. 5+ 5. 7d, mean weight was 18. 7 ± 1. 05kg) were used to divided into 5 groups and fed with four different energy. level(at libitim, 0. 8986, 0. 7189 and 0. 5391 MJ ME / kgW0.75 ) .to conduct two term feeding experiment . At the start and the end of feeding experiment , comparative slaughter experi- ment was carried out to determine the retentioned energy of the goats fed with different energy intake . Results shown that the retentioned energy was significantly effected by dry matter and energy intakes and it is not relative to weight of the goats.
