摘要
为了对用后废弃中间包浇注料进行回收利用,首先对其进行拣选、除杂、破碎、轮碾处理等工序制成合格的回收颗粒料,然后以70%的这种回收颗粒料(粒度分别为10~5mm、5~3mm和3~1mm)和30%的特级矾土粉、水泥、膨胀剂等制成了再生中间包永久衬浇注料。研制的再生中间包浇注料的体积密度、显气孔率、常温强度和抗热震性等性能指标均好于原中间包浇注料的,仅1450℃烧后线变化率与原浇注料相差不大。
In order to reuse waste refractory castables for tundish,the recycled refractory castables are prepared to qualified grain materials by sorting, impurity removing ,crushing and grinding. And the reclaimed refractory castables for tundish permanent lining was prepared by using 70 wt% of this grain material (the particle sizes are 10-5 mm,5-3 mm and 3-1 mm respectively) and 30 wt% superfine bauxite powder,cement and expansion agent. The results show that the bulk density,apparent porosity,cold crushing strength and thermal shock resistance of the newly developed castables for tundish permanent lining are better than those of the orginal castables except little difference in linear change rate after firing at 1 450 ℃.
