摘要
以电熔莫来石(体积密度2.90 g.cm-3)、硅灰、红柱石(灼减≤1.5%)、广西白泥、SiC、α-Al2O3微粉、棕刚玉粉、六偏磷酸钠为原料,配成脱硫枪热修补可塑料。固定电熔莫来石加入量、SiC、硅灰和α-Al2O3微粉的加入量,分别以5%、10%和15%的广西白泥,或3%、6%和9%的红柱石粉,或1%、3%、5%的六偏磷酸钠取代等量的棕刚玉粉,研究了广西白泥、红柱石、六偏磷酸钠以及草酸加入量(外加,分别为1%、2%、3%)分别对脱硫枪热修补可塑料的可塑性、线变化率、耐压强度以及可塑料保存期的影响,并结合试验结果优化配方进行了工业试验,结果表明:(1)结合剂六偏磷酸钠的用量为3%时最佳;(2)可以通过改变保存剂草酸的加入量来改善热修补可塑料的保存期限;(3)通过热修补可以显著提高Ⅲ部脱硫枪的使用寿命,热修补可塑料同样可用于修补Ⅰ、Ⅱ部脱硫枪的裂纹,但修补效果不如Ⅲ部脱硫枪的。
Hot repair plastic material for desulphurizer's carrier was prepared with fused mullite(bulk density:2.90 g·cm^-3),silica fume,andalusite(loss on ignition ≤1.5%),Guangxi white clay,SiC,α-Al2O3 micropowder,brown corundum powder and sodium hexametaphosphate as starting materials.With the additions of fused mullite,SiC,silica fume and α-Al2O3 micropowder fixed,equivalent brown corundum powder was replaced by 5%,10% and 15% Guangxi white clay,3%,6% and 9% andalusite powder and 1%,3% and 5% sodium hexametahposphate,respectively.The influences of Guangxi white clay,andalusite powder,sodium hexametahposphate and oxalic acid(added as an extra part,1%,2% and 3%) on the properties of the plastic material such as plasticity,permanent linear change,compressive strength and shelf life were studied.The formula was optimized according to the results and the industrial application was carried out.The results show that:(1)The optimum addition of sodium hexametahposphate is 3%;(2)The shelf life of the hot repair plastic material can be improved by changing the addition of preservative agent-oxalic acid;(3)Hot repair can prolong the service life of desulphurizer's carrier Ⅲ and has the cracks on desulphurizer's carrier Ⅰ and Ⅱ repaired.However,the repairing effect of desulphurizer's carrier Ⅰ and Ⅱ is not so good as that of desulphurizer's carrier Ⅲ.
