摘要
通过大量合金的熔炼试验,探索出控制合金成分的理想工艺,建立马氏体转变温度M_α与Zn、Al含量的数学关系力M_S(℃)=2142.56-58.53 Zn-158.10 Al,Wt%。由此提出记忆锌当量的概念及CuZnAl系记忆合金成分设计的原则,并进一步研究了记忆锌当量对合金形状恢复率、执滞及马氏体可逆转变量等记忆性能的影响。
An ideal melting process to stabilize the composition of CuZnAl shape memory alloy (SMA) is suggested through a great deal of experiments. The mathematical relation between M_s and composition is given as: M_s (℃)=2142.56-58.53 Zn (wt% ) - 158.10 Al (wt%). According to this equation, the concept of Zn memory equivalent is put forward and the composition design becomes possible. The influence of Zn memory equivalent on the shape recovery ratio, the thermal hysteresis and the relative amount of convertible thermoelastic transformation of martenstte were also studied.
