16排螺旋CT在主动脉粥样硬化穿透性溃疡诊治中的价值 被引量：4

摘要 主动脉粥样硬化穿透性溃疡（penetrating atherosclirosis ulcer，PAU）是指主动脉内膜粥样硬化斑块破溃脱落形成深浅不一并可穿透中膜乃至外膜的病变，临床上与典型夹层动脉瘤、主动脉壁内血肿一样，表现为急性主动脉综合征。目前国内外影像学研究，特别是治疗随访报道较少，收集2005至2007年间我院20例PAU病人16排螺旋CT的表现及临床诊治经过，总结和分析报道如下。
