摘要
本文研究了合金元素对低碳钢(20~#、20Cr,20CrMo、20CrMnTi)激光硬化层深度(宽度)、表层显微组织及硬化层内显微硬度分布的影响。试验结果表明:对于相同的激光工艺,合金钢的激光硬化层深度(宽度)总是比碳钢大,随着合金元素Cr、Mo、Ti、Mn的加入,表层组织均匀性提高,硬化层内硬度波动范围缩小。
Steels: 20% 20 Cr, 20CrMo, 20CrMnTi were laser heat-treated to study the effects of alloying elements on case depth (width), miscrostructure, hardness distribution of hardened zone. The results denoted that: For given laser pararnters, the low alloy steels always exhibited larger case depths (widths) than the low carbon steel: To add alloying elements Cr, Mo Ti, Mn to the low carbon steel is effective to homogenize miscrostructure and miscrohardness in the hardened zones.
