摘要
本文采用CaSO4晶须/纳米TiO2为添加剂来改善PP-R树脂的各项性能。文章系统研究了CaSO4晶须和纳米TiO2的改性,以及经改性处理后的CaSO4晶须/纳米TiO2对PP-R树脂耐热性能、力学性能和抗菌性能的影响,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了复合材料的断面以及粒子在基体中的分散状况。研究结果表明:使用8%的KH550偶联剂改性后的CaSO4晶须具有较好的分散性能,使用6%的硅铝复合包膜改性后的纳米TiO2具有较好的分散性能;与纯PP-R相比,CaSO4晶须添加量为5%时,复合材料的性能有较大的提高,其热变形温度由72℃提高到104℃,断裂伸长率也由45%提高到122%;添加纳米TiO2对CaSO4晶须/PP-R树脂的耐热性能和力学性能没有明显的影响,但却能够大幅度增强复合材料的抗菌性能,当纳米TiO2的添加量为0.5%时,复合材料的抗菌率达99%以上。
The performances of PP-R resin were improved through adding the anatase titanium dioxide and CaSO4 whisker in this paper. The modification process of nano-TiO2/CaSO4 whisker and the influence of nano-TiO2/CaSO4 whisker on improving the performances of PP-R resin, such as the mechanics performances, heat performances and anti-bacterium, had been researched in detail. The break surface of nano-TiO2/CaSO4 whisker/PP-R resin composites was observed by SEM imagines. The results show that the CaSO4 whisker modified with 8% KH550 possesses better disperse character and the nano-TiO2 modified with 6% Na2 SiO3 possesses better disperse character too. Compare to pure PP-R resin, the performance of PP-R adding 5 % modified CaSO4 whisker was improved largely, The heat distortion temperature was improved from 72℃ to 104℃ and the maximum elongation was improved from 45% to 122 % too. Although, adding anatase nanometer TiO2 can't improve the mechanical and heat performances of PP-R, but can improve the anti-bacterium character greatly. When adding 0.5% nano-TiO2 in CaSO4 Whisker/ PP-R resin, the anti-bacterium character can reach above 99%.
